We offer professional goods and services to you and your company (the customer), the supplier reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without notice to the customer, with changes being applied to orders received or working practice, from the date of any change. This company is an industrial supply company offering high quality power tools and accessories to our customers and will for the purposes of business through Terrier Tools Ltd supply under standard United Kingdom industrial terms and conditions.
Ordering and dealing with Terrier Tools Ltd in all aspects of business could not be simpler, choose one of the methods listed below and leave the rest to us.
The website at www.terriertools.co.uk is the quickest and most efficient way to place business with Terrier Tools Ltd available to you 24 hours a day 365 days a year. When ordering goods through the website an automatically generated reply will be posted back to the customer mailbox confirming receipt of your request to order, the contract to supply is formed only when the supplier has received, reviewed and accepted your request to order. Terrier Tools Ltd reserve the right to cancel any request to place any order by the customer, at any time and for any reason, with a full and complete refund being generated back through to the source account within 7 working days. Pricing Structures & Payment Terms
The price for any machine or accessory shown on website www.terriertools.co.uk is the price the supplier initially offers the customer the goods at, and is subject to additional carriage charges and value added tax, at the appropriate rate. Exceptions to this standard working practice may occur due to the following circumstances: every effort is made by the supplier to offer the best possible and correct price at all times on the website, however even with the best intentions errors may occur from time to time. Should this unfortunate situation arise at the review stage of any customer order request, the customer will be contacted at the earliest opportunity and given the choice to cancel the initial order request or proceed at the corrected price. Should the supplier, Wrexham Power Tool Services Ltd, be unable to raise the customer to discuss this matter or receive no decision regarding price the order will be deemed to be cancelled 5 working days following date of order, with a full and complete refund being made within 7 working days of cancellation. Actioning an order request through our website authorises the supplier to debit the customers credit or debit card for the total amount of the order, full payment including carriage charges and V.A.T. at the current rate where appropriate, the total value must be received before any customer order request can be accepted and actioned through for shipping.
Processing Customer Orders
Handling customer orders: all orders received before 2.00 p.m. (Monday Friday, excluding bank holidays), will be dispatched same day (Subject obviously to stock availability and/or clearance of payment). Orders taken over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). The supplier will endeavour to despatch orders for non-stock items within 5 to 7 working days of order. If there should be any delay Terrier Tools Ltd will contact the customer with as accurate delivery as possible.
Despatching & Delivery of Customer Orders
All other orders are despatched using 24/48hr road transport service (UK mainland only); offshore service are available including Southern Ireland at extra cost. Road transport deliveries must be signed for on delivery no shipments are left without a signature, should the delivery not be possible at the customers designated delivery address, a card with local contact details will be left by the courier informing the customer that by contacting the local depot a further delivery may be arranged at a more suitable time. Alternatively the customer may decide to uplift the order from the local courier depot by presenting the delivery card with the relevant consignment shipping number, proof of personal identification will be required for a depot uplift. Following a second unsuccessful delivery the goods will be held at the local depot for 5 days awaiting uplift by the customer, no further deliveries will be attempted by the courier company on behalf of the supplier; failure to uplift by the customer will result on the goods being returned to the supplier. The delivery charge shown on the customer invoice is only a contribution to the cost of shipping & packing, as stated road transport delivery requires a signature for receipt of your parcel. The customer should make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of any shipment from the supplier, as no carriage charge will be refunded should the goods remain undelivered, following all steps being taken by the supplier to deliver. The risk for the goods supplied to the customer from the supplier passes to the customer in that the customer is responsible for loss, damage or deterioration of the goods from the time and date of the delivery.
All machines supplied by Terrier Tools Ltd are UK sourced machines with full UK Warranties, and are normally covered by at least twelve months full manufacturers’ warranty. During the warranty period should any manufacturing or material fault occur the machine will be repaired at any official manufacturers repair station throughout the UK, and at the suppliers discretion may be replaced during the warranty period. Should for any reason a machine require attention the original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase, should this not be presented to a repair station the supplier cannot be held responsible for warranty work being refused, and a charge imposed. Please note most importantly that the warranty for power tools does not cover accidental damage, misuse and or abuse of the machine or fair wear and tear and the granting of any warranty repair is totally at the discretion of the repair station.
Cancellation of an Order
As our customer you have the right to cancel any accepted order placed through Terrier Tools Ltd up to 7 working days from the day after the date the goods were delivered. If you wish to cancel your order before it is despatched please notify us by e-mail or through our Sales Line on 01978 660011 at the earliest opportunity, a full and complete refund will be issued within 7 working days. Should the goods already have left the suppliers warehouse and be in transit to the delivery address the supplier will be unable to stop the shipment, do not unpack the goods by removing the protective wrap, returning the shipment to the supplier within 7 working days using a suitable traceable method of transit at the customers cost. Should you already have the goods from Wrexham Power Tool Services Ltd and wish to return them, please re-pack the goods in a suitable protective wrap and return within 7 working days of receipt, again using a suitable method of traceable shipment at your cost. Refund to the original source for cancellation of the customer order will be for the value of the goods only, excluding carriage to and from the customer, and will only be given for machines or goods returned on the exact resalable condition as originally shipped, new and unused as originally sold, no refund will be issued for sub standard goods being returned and will be quarantined awaiting the customer uplifting his property.
Returning Goods: Damaged on Receipt, Faulty/Non Start or Incorrectly Delivered
Should any machine/equipment purchased from Terrier Tools Ltd arrive damaged or fail to start, the customer must contact Terrier Tools Ltd Within 24 Hours on 01978 660011, before returning items. Please state your order number, the name you ordered the goods under, and reason for contact Terrier Tools Ltd, please follow the instructions given by one of the Sales Team, we will quickly and effectively replace (subject to availability) or refund the purchase. Goods returned to the supplier will be fully inspected to confirm the reported fault/damage originally reported, should the returned machine be found not to be faulty as originally reported, the customer may incur the cost of the return carriage charge. All goods must be returned in their original packaging where possible with care and attention being paid to adequately protecting the goods for return transit to us, failure to protect the goods for return will affect what we can do to correct the original problem, the supplier reserves the right to deduct a charge for transit damage due to a lack of care in packaging by the customer
Returning Goods Incorrectly Ordered by the Customer
On receipt of an order should you find that you have ordered the wrong item, please contact our Sales Line on 01978 660011 within 24 hours and clearly explain the mistake, please follow the clear instructions given to you by one of our team. Please make sure that when returning goods for exchange a traceable method of transit is used as Terrier Tools Ltd cannot be held responsible or accept liability until the goods are received and signed for by one of Terrier Tools Ltd staff. Replacement machines will incur a further carriage charge to despatch plus any additional adjustment in cost should the replacement differ in price from the original order, we regret that the supplier cannot refund any costs which the customer has incurred in returning the initial item to the suppliers warehouse. Where a refund is requested without replacement Terrier Tools Ltd reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for any machine returned, no refunds will be given should the goods be returned and on inspection found to be in an inferior condition and not resalable. Credit payments back through to customer credit card accounts will be processed and completed within 14 working days of the goods being returned and signed for by one of the members of staff of Terrier Tools Ltd
Terrier Tools Ltd is fully committed to protecting your privacy, the supplier only uses the information collected about the customer lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Information will only be used to process the customer order and to continue to provide a high quality service. The supplier will never pass information to a 3rd party. The level of service and experience in servicing the UK Power Tool market allows the supplier to be confident enough to think that the customer should be pleased with the products and services every time they are purchase, however, should the customer at anytime feel that they would like to make a complaint, or comment regarding any aspect of the service, please contact via post or email ( email@example.com) any contact regarding comments and or complaints the supplier receives will be dealt with the urgency demanded, Terrier Tools Ltd endeavour to respond to all complaints in full to the customer within five working days.

Automatic trading on the website www.terriertools.co.uk has primarily been designed for customers with a UK mainland address, Terrier Tools Ltd is able to assist customers who reside “offshore” or outside the UK by contacting our Sales Lines on 01978 660011, when the corrected extra carriage costs will be quoted for shipping to the customers designated delivery address. All prices shown are subject to change at any time and are shown as a guide for the suppliers warehouse stock availability only, prices cannot be held on order requests placed once initial warehouse stocks have been exhausted. All pictures and technical descriptions are for guidance only, full specifications must be double checked on the manufacturer’s websites or published literature as machine versions can change from manufacturers from time to time.
Should any part of Terrier Tools Ltd Terms & Conditions be unenforceable, invalid or illegal, legality or enforceability of all other heading and clauses of our terms shall remain unaffected and in full force and effect at all times
General Agreement Terms
Customers agree and confirm through the purchase of machines and accessories from the supplier Terrier Tools Ltd, to use the machines for their normal and proper use as intended by the manufacturer. The customer agrees to follow the manufacturers instructions supplied with machine purchased before attempting to use any product supplied by the supplier.
Terrier Tools Ltd retain full copyright against all website design and text shown on www.terriertools.co.uk reproduction in any form of any part of this website is strictly prohibited, without full written from Terrier Tools Ltd.
